Ivy E. Anderson, 39, Durham, N.C., a former Plover resident, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 18, 2012.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with Rev. James Trempe officiating. Burial will be in McDill Cemetery in Whiting.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home, 2911 Plover Road, Plover, from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and at the church from 9 a.m.
Saturday until the Mass. A general rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Ms. Anderson was born Dec. 12, 1972, in Wisconsin Rapids, a daughter of Michael and Marie (Firkus) Gawlik. She attended St. Joseph and St. Stephens elementary schools and graduated from Pacelli High School in 1991.
She served in the U.S. Air Force from Nov. 18, 1991, to Feb. 18, 1993.
She worked as a paralegal secretary. She had run for town commissioner for the town of Spring Hope in North Carolina on Nov. 6, 2001. She also worked as an assistant Realtor to Patricia Robertson and Allen Gate in North Carolina.
Survivors include her parents and her boyfriend, Don Phillips, North Carolina.
