Helen M. Ksiazek, 93, Stevens Point, died Monday, March 5, 2012, at the Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Friday until the services.

Mrs. Ksiazek was born May 18, 1918, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Michael and Agnes (Las) Tylka. After her schooling, she moved to Chicago, Ill., with her sisters and held various employments there.
She was married to John Ksiazek in 1943. He died in 2002.
The couple resided in Chicago until after his military service ended during World War II. They then moved to Stevens Point.
She worked at Ben Franklin Junior High School in food service for a number of years.
Survivors include two daughters, Bernadine (Chet) Wroblewski, Nashotah, and Judy (Gene Hersey) Ksiazek, Almond; one son, John, Stevens Point; two sisters, Genevieve LaGioia, Arizona, and Marie (Cletus) Tepp, Whiting; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Anna Bielecki; and three brothers, Stephen, Joseph and Thomas.
