Dorothy “Jane” Morganroth, 91, Plover, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.
Private services were held. Burial was in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
Contribution in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the United Way of Portage County.

Mrs. Morganroth was born Aug. 16, 1920, in Grand Rapids, Mich., a daughter of the late M. Leonard Witters and Dorothy (Stewart) Witters.
After attending Albion College in Michigan for two years, she moved to Chicago, Ill., to work in the banking industry.
She was married to Edward H. Morganroth on June 23, 1950, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He died in 2010.
She later worked for Marshall Field’s department store in Chicago, Ill.
They moved to Plover in 2000 following his retirement.
She later moved to Whispering Pines Assisted Living in Plover.
Survivors include two sons, Ed (Susan), Plover, and Dana (Sally), Pittsburgh, Pa.; two grandchildren; and her longtime caregiver, Lynne Prudom, Stevens Point.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Jon Witters.
