David J. Soik, 77, Muskego, formerly of Stevens Point, died Monday, March 12, 2012, after complications from heart surgery.
A celebration of his life will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Clifford’s Supper Club in Hales Corners.
Mr. Soik was born March 26, 1934, a son of the late John Jr. and Ann (Eron) Soik. He lived and worked on the family farm in Stevens Point, until leaving to work in Milwaukee.
He was married to Audrey Danielski on Oct. 26, 1957.
He worked as a cement mixer driver, machinist, roofer and retired as crane operator.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Michael (Rosalyn) and Gary (Audrey); three daughters, Lori (Scott) Eckes, Lisa (Ray) Schmidt and Vicki (Ken) Frenz; one brother, Henry; nine grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and one great-grandson.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Steven, Leonard, Raymond and Richard; two sisters, Theresa Rozek and Evelyn Studzinki; and one infant grandson.
