Sophie Reineking, 89, Marshfield, formerly of Colby, mother of an Almond man, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, at Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford, with the Rev. William Wineke and the Rev. Kenneth A. Dix officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel United Church of Christ Cemetery in Greenwood.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the services.
A memorial will be established in her memory.

Mrs. Reineking was the daughter of the late Anna (Schaschl) and August Bizjak who emigrated from Austria and Italy to the U.S. in 1903.
She was married to Norman E. Reineking on April 19, 1944, at Immanuel United Church in Greenwood.
She was secretary and a member of the Board of Directors for Hull Town Mutual Insurance Co.
Survivors include one daughter, Gail (David) Jaeger, Wausau; two sons, Gene (Mary Lee Brunker), Almond, and Wayne (Jain Skaar), Marathon; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
