Joseph M. Glodowski, 94, 8985 Hemlock Road, Rosholt, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at his home while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the Mass. St. Adalbert Men’s Rosary Society will combine with the general rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Glodowski was born Jan. 31, 1918, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Matt and Regina (Kosobucki) Glodowski. He moved to the town of Alban when he was 9.
He was married to Gertrude Yach on Oct. 20, 1945, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galloway.
After the marriage the couple settled in the town of Alban and ran a dairy farm.
He was a member of the St. Adalbert Men’s Rosary Society.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Michael (Bernice) and Jim, both of Rosholt, Paul (Ruth), Bevent, and Tom (Kim), Custer; one daughter, Judy (Stanley Jr.) Jakubek, Amherst Junction; three sisters, Romona (Chester) Yach, Wittenberg, Theresa Stanislawski, Rosholt, and Agnes (Ron) Kobishop, Stevens Point; 20 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Emley Fredock; and one brother, Ernest.
