Evelyn F. Konkol, 94, Amherst, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at the Stevens Point Care Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a/,/ Thursday at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher, with the Rev. Robert Pedretti officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the Mass. A rosary will be prayed at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorials in her name can be given to the church.

Mrs. Konkol was born March 9, 1917, in the town of Amherst, a daughter of the late Theodore and Katherine (Glodowski) Kubisiak.
She was married to Chester Konkol on Oct. 19, 1940, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He preceded her in death on Aug. 10, 2007.
She had retired from the Del Monte Co.
She was a member of St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Rosary Society.
Survivors include three brothers, James Kubisiak, Amherst, Lawrence (Dorothy) Kubisiak, Milwaukee, and Albert Kubisiak, Stevens Point; and two sisters, Ann (Kenneth) Dachyk, Stevens Point, and Marie Timmers, Oak Creek.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Victor Kubisiak; and five sisters, Loretta Kosinski, Caroline Augustine, Katherine Konkol, Stella Cieslewicz and Genevieve Trzebiatowski.
