Dale E. Wiesner, 74, Almond, died Friday, Jan. 13, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church in Almond, with Vicar Brian Roehrborn officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Clear Lake, S.D.
Visitation will be at the church from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and again from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the service.

Mr. Wiesner was born July 11, 1937, a son of the late Charles and Edna (Strassburg) Wiesner.
He was married to Ardys (Wilaby) Wiesner on April 9, 1960. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include three sons, Steven (Delores), Ardmore, Okla., Timothy (Karen), Black River Falls, and Michael (Jane), Almond; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wallace and Howard.
