Alice M. Tomsyck, 89, a resident at Harmony Living Center in Stevens Point, formerly of Wisconsin Rapids, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Timothy Welles officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the services.

Mrs. Tomsyck was born Nov. 10, 1922, in Wisconsin Rapids, a daughter of the late Paul and Kathryn (Zimmerman) Herman.
She was married to James Tomsyck on Aug. 6, 1949, in Wisconsin Rapids. He died on May 30, 2005.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Larry (Cyndi), Muskego, Gary, La Crosse, and Terry (Mary Beth), Stevens Point; one daughter, Mary (John) Conrardy, Burlington; one sister, Dorothy (Harold) Corner, Wisconsin Rapids; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
