Shelley Marie Warner, 45, Stevens Point, died Thursday, April 9, 2009, at St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point following an ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Tuesday until the service.

Ms. Warner was born Aug. 2, 1963, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Samantha “Shirley” Hicks and the late Kenneth Mansavage.
She spent the past 11 years living at Care Partners Assisted Living in Plover and Stevens Point where she socialized with caregivers, guests, friends and family.
Survivors include two children, Sara Warner, Green Bay, and Jamie Warner, Menasha; her mother, Samantha Hicks, Stevens Point; her stepmother, Karen Mansavage, Stevens Point; three brothers, Shawn Lee, Stevens Point, Dean Mansavage, Rockford, Ill., and Keith Mansavage, Stevens Point; and two sisters, Kristie (Mansavage) Anderson and Kimberly (Mansavage) Jazdzewski, both of Stevens Point.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Orville and Dorothy Greene, Loyal; and Ed and Lucille Mansavage, Stevens Point.
