Bertha A. Tetzlaff, 94, 448 Fifth Ave., Stevens Point, died Saturday, July 21, 2001, at the home of her daughter in Fremont.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home. A general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church.
Mrs. Tetzlaff was born July 25,1906, in Fancher in the town of Stockton, a daughter of the late Theodore and Susan (Gilmeister) Bigalke. She attended school in Ellis and attended business college at Emerson School.
She was married to Conrad Tetzlaff on Jan. 12, 1932, at St. Peter Catholic Church. He died Dec. 17, 1993.
After their marriage, they settled in Stevens Point.
Survivors include four daughters, Delores Wolverton, Sierra Vista, Ariz., Betty (Ronald) Tetzlaff-Abbott, Fremont, Colette (Richard) Christiansen, Las Vegas, Nev., and Margaret (LeRoy) Kazmierczak, Mosinee; one son, James (LaVerne), Appleton; three sisters, Evelyn (Hubert) Latus and Lorraine (Robert) Pelishek, both of Milwaukee, and Bernice Bigalke, Stevens Point; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was also preceded in death by one sister and four brothers.
