Benjamin P. Sullivan, 16, 410 Poplar Ave., Plover, died at home Tuesday, May 8, 2001, of health problems.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, with the Revs. David Maxfield and Ed Hunt officiating. Burial will follow.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Boston Funeral Home.
A memorial will be established in his name.
Benjamin was born June 1, 1984, in Chippewa Falls.
He grew up in Stevens Point, attended Washington Elementary School and P.J. Jacobs Junior High School and was currently going to Pacelli High School.
He was active in youth soccer, the P.J. Jacobs Junior High School tennis team and band, little league baseball and cartooning. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its youth group.
Survivors include his mother, Vicki Lambert, Plover; his father, Patrick (Fran McKinney) Sullivan, Stevens Point; two sisters, Elizabeth Sullivan, at school in Minneapolis, Minn., Laura Sullivan, at school in Los Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Justin Lambert, Plover; two stepbrothers, Josh Calhoun, Oshkosh; Noah Calhoun, Stevens Point; his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Jane Ferguson, Shreveport, La.; and his paternal grandmother, Frances Sullivan, Pekin, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Sullivan.
