Carla Kay Warden, 47, 1809 College Ave., Stevens Point, died Monday, April 9, 2001, at her home while under the care of Hospice of Portage County.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Boston Funeral Home, with the Rev. Daniel Kozlowski officiating. Cremation will follow with interment of ashes in the Plover Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Warden was born July 6, 1953, in Oshkosh, a daughter of Mary Barger and the late Carl Barger. She attended grade school in Plover and was a member of the last graduating class of P.J. Jacobs High School in 1971.
She was married to Thomas Warden on March 22, 1985, in Stevens Point.
She worked for Sentry Insurance, First Financial, was a homemaker for several years and most recently worked for Sorenson Floral and Portesi Italian Foods.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Melissa (Jesse) Filtz, Galloway; one stepson, Thomas Warden Jr., Stevens Point; one stepdaughter, Tanya Warden, Stevens Point; her mother, Whiting; and one granddaughter.
