Bridget M. Stuczynski, 79, formerly of 417 N. Old Wausau Road, Stevens Point, died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at the Pine Manor Healthcare Center in Clintonville.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Schaller officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home. The St. Peter’s Rosary Society will combine with the general rosary at 7 p.m. Friday.
Mrs. Stuczynski was born April 3, 1922, in Calumet City, Ill., a daughter of the late Frank and Dora (Hintz) Dombrowski.
She was married to Michael Stuczynski on June 14, 1941, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He died Oct. 21, 1981.
The couple started the Stuczynski Trucking & Excavating Co. and operated it until selling the business to their two sons in 1971.
She was a member of St. Peter’s Rosary Society Rose 12 since 1953.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald (Cecilia), Minocqua, and Larry (Gerry) Stuczynski, Stevens Point; one daughter, Barbara (Ronald) Pionek, Junction City; two sisters, Lorraine Patoka, Milwaukee, and Lillian (Richard) Laska, Rosholt; one brother, Ernest (Doris) Dombrowski, Plover; and six grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marlene; one granddaughter, Clarida; and two sisters, Theresa Patoka and Jeanette Kedrowski.
