Therese Ann Demski, 15, 6444 Oak Drive, Amherst, died Tuesday, March 20, at her home after a battle with cancer.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia, with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary of Mount Carmel Parish Cemetery in Fancher.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and after 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Friday.
Therese Demski was born Feb. 25, 1986, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Robert A. and Rita (Rzentkowski) Demski Sr.
She was home schooled by her parents and sister, Mary Laskowski. She was an active member of the General Pipers 4-H Club and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia.
Survivors include her parents; her paternal grandmother, Loretta Kaminski, Marshfield; five sisters, Sandy (Don) Pryne and Mary (Mike) Laskowski, both of Amherst; Patty (Tom) Bey, Plover, and Becky (Pete) Skibba and Christina Demski, both of Stevens Point; and three brothers, Robert (Jackie) Demski Jr. and Anthony Demski, both of Amherst, and Shawn (Wendy) Demski, Stevens Point.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Beth Rita.
