Kenneth Arnold Draxler, 36, Oxford, brother of three Portage County residents, died Saturday, March 3, 2001, at his residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Auburndale, with the Rev. Michael Schelble officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Auburndale.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Martens-Kundinger Funeral Home in Junction and from 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church until the services.
Mr. Draxler was born Sept. 24, 1964, in Marshfield, a son of Muriel (Wright) Draxler Hamm and the late Arnold Draxler, who died Dec. 1, 1967. He graduated from Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids in 1983.
He lived and farmed in Oxford for the past 15 years. He had previously driven school bus for Safeway Bus Co. and worked for Lucas Implement in Wisconsin Rapids.
Survivors include his mother Muriel (Leonard) Hamm, Rudolph; three brothers, Douglas, Plover, Duane (Rhonda), Stevens Point, and Arlen (Beverly), Wisconsin Rapids; three sisters, Yvonne (Terry) Monien, Stevens Point, Eileen (Gary) Parker, Pittsville, and Janet Winton, Wisconsin Rapids; and 11 nieces and nephews.
