Roman Kieliszewski, 91, 127 Green Ave., died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001, at River Pines Center.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home, with Deacon Hugh Walker officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home until the services.
Mr. Kieliszewski was born Feb. 5, 1910, in the town of Dewey, a son of the late Theodore and Mary (Krayecki) Kieliszewski.
He was married to Leona Smith on Sept. 14, 1935, at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point. She died Oct. 31, 1997.
After their marriage, they settled in Stevens Point and lived at their present address for the past 37 years.
He worked for the WPA and then as a bricklayer for many years, retiring in 1971. He was also initiated into the Bricklayer & Allied Craftsman Union, Local 6, in 1948, and was a member for more than 50 years. He was also a life member of the union.
Survivors include one daughter, Rosemarie (Jerry) Bartkowiak, Stevens Point; two sons, Ron (Mary) and Fred (Linda), both of Stevens Point; one brother, Joseph (Lorraine) Stanke, Stevens Point; one sister, Minnie Orlikowski, Stevens Point; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, two sisters and one brother.
