Norman O. Johnson Jr., 72, a former Stevens Point businessman, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, in Tucson, Ariz., after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.
A private gathering will be held in his memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease.
He was born Nov. 18, 1928.
He was a former resident of Stevens Point and owner of Asphalt Products Co.
Survivors include his wife, Margit; three daughters, Norma (Buck) Hilliard, Peachtree City, Ga., Nancy Wall, Savannah, Ga., and Carol (Jim) Bryan, Hurst, Texas; four brothers, Donald (Katherine) Johnson, Gaithersburg, Md., Marc (Cindy) Lieberman and Richard (Amy) Lieberman, both of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Craig (Teresa) Lieberman, Delafield; and 14 grandchildren.
