Keith M. Bukowski Sr., 36, Kimberly, a Stevens Point native, died unexpectedly Friday, Jan. 26, 20001, in Phoenix, Ariz.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. James Trempe officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Saturday at the church until the services. The St. Bronislava Rosary Society will combine with the parish rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in his name will be established at a later date.
Mr. Bukowski was born July 27, 1964, in Stevens Point, a son of Raymond and Camille (Helminski) Bukowski. He attended local schools.
He served on active duty in the U.S. Army from 1981 to the present. He was a staff sergeant assigned as a U.S. Army Reserve Recruiter in Menasha.
He was married to Janine Conley and later divorced.
He was married to Sheela Singh on March 15, 1997, in Las Vegas, Nev. After the marriage, they settled in Kimberly.
Survivors include his wife, Sheela, Kimberly; two daughters, Amanda Bukowski, Stevens Point, and Megan Bukowski, Kimberly; two sons, Keith M. Bukowski Jr. and Ryan Bukowski, both of Stevens Point; his parents, Plover; two brothers, Allan (Beky), The Woodlands, Texas, and Gary, Plover.
He was also preceded in death by twin sisters.
