Henry L. Filipiak, 80, 201 Altenburg Road, Junction City, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Knowlton. Burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Knowlton.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee and from 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church until the services.
Mr. Filipiak was born Jan. 12, 1921, in the town of Knowlton, a son of the late Matthew and Agnes (Kujawa) Filipiak.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He worked as a carpenter in the Mosinee area.
Survivors include his wife; three daughter, Karen (David) Coerper and Betty (Daniel) Dombrowski, both of Mosinee, and Marlene Filipiak, Junction City; one brother, Alex (Lottie), Mosinee; one sister, Helen Adamski, Junction City; and six grandchildren.
