Frank Lazor, 79, Phoenix, Ariz., died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, at the Care Partners Facility in Plover.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be after 9 a.m. Monday at the church until the services.
The Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Lazor was born Feb. 12, 1921, in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late Andrew and Eva Lazor.
She was married to Ann Hutnik on May 8, 1948, in Chicago, Ill.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps.
He worked for many years with the Ford Motor Co. in Chicago, retiring in 1978.
Survivors include his wife; one brother, Michael (Helen) Lazor, San Antonio, Texas; and two sisters, Helen Rapp, New York, N.Y., and Mary Lazor, St. Louis, Mo.
