June E. Ziemer, 70, 1236 Highway 10 West, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2000, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Junction City, with Pastor Stephen Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Plover Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church until the services. There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ziemer was born June 22, 1930, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Krause) Effertz.
She was married to Loren Ziemer on April 16, 1981, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Junction City.
Survivors include her husband; five sons, Dennis (Sharon) Podolski, Bancroft, Daniel (Virgie) Podolski, Virginia Beach, Va., Raymond Podolski, Milwaukee, Mike (Maryls) Podolski, Waupaca, and Roland (Tonia) Kuhn, Plover; three daughters, Marie McCord, Gatesville, Texas, Cheryl (Gary) Woodard, Opelika, Ala., and Jean (John) Kraklow, Stevens Point; two brothers, Ken Effertz, Brookfield, and Don Effertz, Green Bay; two sisters, Betty (Andy) Boneski, Alamo, Texas, and Delores Reynolds, Oak Creek; and 19 grandchildren.
