August D. Pasqualucci, 84, Montreal, Wis., father of a Stevens Point woman, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth, Minn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at11 a.m. Saturday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montreal. Burial will be in the spring in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hurley.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church and one hour prior to the services Saturday.
Ketola-Burla Funeral Home of Ironwood, Mich., assisted the family with arrangements.
Mr. Pasqualucci was born July 9, 1916, in Montreal, a son of the late Joseph and Mary (D’Andreis) Pasqualucci.
He lived most of his life in Montreal.
He was married to Nelda E. Moberg on June 19, 1940, in Ironwood, Mich. She died March 24, 1998.
He worked at the Montreal Mine until its closing, then worked for American Motors in Kenosha, for White Pine Copper Mine and for the Mellen Mill.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montreal.
Survivors include one son, Alan (Liz), Fairview Heights, Ill.; one daughter, Pat (Dennis) Saari, Stevens Point; three brothers, Albino, Ironwood, Mich., Larry, Montreal, and James, Green Bay; three sisters, Lucille Volante, Chicago, Ill., and Rose Marie (David) Trembath and Florence Trier, both of Wausau; and five grandchildren.
