Ora B. Winter, 93, Waukesha, formerly of Rosholt, died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2000, at the Heritage Square Nursing Home in Waukesha.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, at the Redeemer Evangelical Free Church in Milwaukee.
The Boston Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements.
Mr. Winter was born Dec. 28, 1906, in Appleton, a son of the late Charles and Amelia (Buhtz) Winter.
He was married to Celia Banaszak on June 1, 1928, in Milwaukee. She died July 19, 1996.
He worked in the engine component manufacturing division of International Harvester in Milwaukee until his retirement in 1964. He then moved to White Potato Lake. He lived in Rosholt for a time with his son.
Survivors include three sons, Marvin, Rosholt, Lawrence (Donna), New Berlin, and Oray, Delafield; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
