Marilou Kabitsky, 83, Wisconsin Rapids, sister of a Stevens Point man, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Wisconsin Rapids.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, with the Rev. Dennis Lynch officiating. Entombment will be in Forest Hill Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids.
Mrs. Kabitsky was born Jan. 15, 1917, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva (Bailen) Pintar.
She was married to Kenneth I. Kabitsky on Oct. 7, 1941, in Dubuque, Iowa. He died Nov. 21, 1998.
She owned an operated beauty shops in Adams, Port Edwards and Wisconsin Rapids.
She belonged to the National Hairdressers Association, People to People International, the VFW Auxiliary, the American Association of University Women and other organizations.
Survivors include one brother, Nicholas (Irene) Pintar, Stevens Point; and one sister, Lucille Pintar, Racine.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Katherine Campbell; and two brothers, Thomas and John Pintar.
