Llewellyn “Porky” G. Martin, 71, Arbor Vitae, a former Stevens Point resident and father of a Plover man, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000, at Peterson Health Care in Rhinelander.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Woodruff Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Saturday at the church until the services.
The Campbell Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Woodruff assisted the family with arrangements.
Mr. Martin was born July 13, 1929, in Milwaukee, a son of the late Loren and Alice (Gray) Martin.
He was married to Angeline Boris on Jan. 17, 1948, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point.
He was a trucker, initially in Stevens Point before moving to Arbor Vitae in the 1960s.
He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local No. 200 and the Woodruff Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Angeline; two sons, Thomas (Mary), Plover, and Randolph, Cudahy; one sister, Rosetta Giese, Stevens Point; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
