Paul C. Landowski, 39, Sauk City, formerly of Almond, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2000, at Sauk Prairie Hospital in Prairie du Sac.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church (St. Patrick Catholic Church) in the town of Lanark, with the Rev. Daniel Farley officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst and from 8 a.m. Thursday at the church until the services. A rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Landowski was born Oct. 1, 1961, in Waupaca, a son of Frank and Jeanette (Bartkowiak) Landowski.
He graduated from Almond-Bancroft High School in 1979 and from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1985 after majoring in biology.
He was married to Jan Netzel on May 31, 19886, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in the town of Lanark.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Ashley, at home; his parents, Almond; two brothers, David, Gulfport, Miss., and Lynn (Rhonda), St. Francis; and three sisters, Betty Makela, Winona, Minn., Charlene (Don) Engelbert, Plover, and Jean (Steve) Colombe, Almond.
