Selma H. Lepak, 88, formerly of 1432 Frontenac Ave., died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, at Portage County Health Care Center.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Donald Przybylski officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home. The St. Stanislaus Rosary Society, of which she was a member for 50 years, will combine with the parish rosary at 7 p.m.
Mrs. Lepak was born Feb. 5, 1912, in the town of Stockton, a daughter of the late David and Tillie (Yach) Glisczinski.
She was married to Peter B. Lepak on Aug. 29, 1939, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia. He died Oct. 25, 1970.
After the marriage, they settled in Stevens Point.
She made quilts for area churches, donating them for parish picnics and festivals.
Survivors included two sons, Richard (Rita), Rosholt, and Stanley, Stevens Point; two daughters, Lorraine (Louis) Chojnacki, Wisconsin Rapids, and Esther (Joe) Severa, Waunakee; two brothers, William Glisczinski and Raymond Glisczinski, both of Park Ridge; four sisters, Florence Biadasz, Bernice Glisczinski, Grace Shaw and Alice Glisczinski, all of Stevens Point; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and two infant brothers.
