Mary T. O’Howell, 48, Stevens Point, died Monday, Sept. 25, 2000, as the result of a traffic accident in the town of New Hope.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, with the Rev. Mark Sabin officiating. Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Catholic Cemetery in New London.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
Ms. O’Howell was born July 30, 1952, in New London, a daughter of Ann (Rohan) Petit and the late Glen Petit.
For the past year she was employed by Copps East in Stevens Point.
Survivors include one daughter, Hope Marie Brandt, Stevens Point; one son, Steven Joseph Giesen Jr., Nelsonville; her mother, New London; four brothers, David Petit, Appleton, Edward Petit, Manawa, Frank (Sandra) Petit, Kaukauna, and Alvin (Aggie) Petit, Weyauwega; and one sister, Margie Petit, New London.
