Margaret “Peggy” Hudson, 76, Stevens Point, died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2000, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Thomas Lindner officiating. Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday.
Mrs. Hudson was born on May 12, 1924, in Adrian Minn., a daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Nytes) Lewis.
She was married to Dick Hudson on Jan. 19, 1946, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. He survives.
She worked as a teacher’s aide at Washington School and as a secretary for the Rice Clinic and at the Ruth Gilfry Building.
Survivors besides her husband include four sons, Michael (Carolyn), West Bend, Mark (Jodi), Cudahy, John (Angela), Enon, Ohio, and Robert, New York, N.Y.; six sisters, Gertrude Lewis, Wauwatosa, Kathryn (Harry) Fitzgerald and Jenny (Gene) McManus, both of Concord, Calif., Mary Lewis, Wauwatosa, Helen (Michael) Magulski, South Milwaukee; and Dorothy (Leon) Sanville, Kenosha; two brothers, Robert (Betty) Lewis, Oshkosh, and James (Judy) Lewis, Milwaukee; and six grandchildlren.
