Lucy Marie Meddaugh, 81, 8318 Isherwood Road, Bancroft, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jensen & Jinsky Funeral Home in Plover, with the Rev. Brocke officiating.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the services.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
Mrs. Meddaugh was born July 20, 1919, in Farmington, Ill., a daughter of the late Felix and Cecelia (Ugo) Bertotto. She graduated from Bancroft High School in 1937.
She was married to LoDean Meddaugh on Jan. 21, 1938. He died Oct. 21, 1972.
She was a member of the Ladies Aide and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include three daughters, Jane Meddaugh, Jean (Garth Klabunde) Meddaugh and Julie Meddaugh, all of Bancroft; three sons, Roger (Marge), Nekoosa, Larry (Becky Yates) and Doug (Linda), both of Bancroft; one brother, Joseph Bertotto, Plainfield; her companion of 23 years, John Desantis; 16 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, JoAnne; six brothers and one grandson.
