Hubert V. Mlodik, 72, Galloway, died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2000, at his home.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt, with the Rev. Herbert Zoromski. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the church and from 9 a.m. Monday until the services. There will be a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
Schmidt-Schulta Funeral Home in Wittenberg is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Mlodik was born June 10, 1928, on the family farm in the town of Franzen (Marathon County), a son of Laura (Stroik) Mlodik Wolashek and the late Henry Mlodik.
He was married to Veronica Hintz on Sept. 11, 1948, at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Bevent. She died Sept. 21, 1989.
He owned and operated the family farm in the town of Franzen.
Survivors include three daughters, Elaine (Al) Schroeder, Gresham, Sharon (Gary) Habeck, Nichols, and Renata (Steve) Vissers, Schofield; four sons, Mike (Esther), Schofield, Nevin, Stevens Point, and Arnold (Karen) and Rainold (Lori), both of Galloway; his mother, Stevens Point; one brother, Gerald (Joan) Mlodik, Stevens Pont; two sisters, Loretta (Ernie) Simkowski and Henrietta (Leonard) Gilmeister, both of Stevens Point; his stepfather, Bernard Wolashek, Stevens Point; three stepsisters, Franney (Bob) Lassa, Mary (Herman) Lassa and Rose (Maury) Stoltz, all of Stevens Point; 24 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Richard.
