Cheryl R. Wysocki, 40, formerly of Stevens Point, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2000, at her home in Janesville after a battle with breast cancer.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover. Burial will be in St. Martin Cemetery in Ellis.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Wednesday at the church until the services. The general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wysocki was born July 9, 1960, in Stevens Pont, a daughter of Raymond and Shirley (Herrick) Plasky. She graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School in 1978 and from the Central Wisconsin Beauty Academy in 1984.
She was married to John R. Wysocki on Aug. 23, 1986, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover.
After the marriage, they moved to Chicago, Ill., and then to Janesville in 1995.
She was most recently employed at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Shannon Rae Wysocki, at home; one son, John Wysocki, at home; her parents, Plover; three brothers, Mike Plasky, Biron, and Pat Plasky and Brian Plasky, both of Plover; and one sister, Debbie Plasky, Amherst.
