Marie Gilman Carley, 81, 1100 N. Point Drive, died Friday, May 19, 2000, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Kessler Funeral Home in Neenah. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Neenah.
Visitation will be held an hour before the services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Diabetes Foundation.
Mrs. Carley was born April 23, 1919, in the town of Buena Vista, a daughter of the late Henry and Garrie (Webster) Steinke. She grew up in the town and lived in Plover.
She was married to George Gilman on May 31, 1941, in Stevens Point. He has since died.
She was married to William Carley on Sept. 8, 1992, in Menominee, Mich. He has since died.
She was employed at Kimberly-Clark Corp. in Neenah from 1953 until her retirement in 1986. She was a member of its Quarter Century Club.
After retirement she moved to Wallace, Mich.
Survivors include one son, Jerrold (Charlotte), Neenah; one daughter, Judy Potter, Stevens Point; one brother, Elmo (June) Steinke, Neenah; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dawn Gilman.
