Brian P. Ziegenhagen, 30, 3400 McCulloch St., died Thursday, May 4, 2000, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids with Bishop Joel Giraud officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park in Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
Mr. Ziegenhagen was born Aug. 1, 1969, in Wisconsin Rapids, a son of Paul and Joanne (Allworden) Ziegenhagen.
His marriage to Diane Benjamin ended in divorce.
He graduated from Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids in 1987, and served in the U.S. Navy with the Ordinance Division aboard aircraft carriers from 1987 to 1991.
He worked in maintenance at the Holiday Inn & Convention Center.
He was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts and a member of the Order of the Arrow.
Survivors include one son, Benjamin, Wisconsin Rapids; one daughter, Kayliegh, Mount Vernon, Ohio; his parents, Wisconsin Rapids; and one sister, Beth Ziegenhagen, Sacramento, Calif.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Steven.
