Lucille Edna Janz, 84, Berlin, mother of a Stevens Point woman, died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at Berlin Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Fairburn with Pastor Gregory Sluke officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in the town of Seneca (Green Lake County).
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wiecki Funeral Home in Berlin and from noon Saturday at the church until the services.
Mrs. Janz was born Oct. 19, 1915, in Princeton, a daughter of the late Frederick and Bertha (Hoffman) Verch.
She was married to Ervin Carl Janz on April 13, 1941, at St. John Lutheran Church in Princeton. He died Dec. 23, 1994.
They farmed in the town of Seneca.
Survivors include one daughter, Carol (Bill) Romundson, Stevens Point; one son, Dennis (Diane), Jefferson; one brother, Leonard Verch, Princeton; and four grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Elmer.
