James “Jimmy” Lishman, 36, Dallas, Texas, a former Stevens Point man, died unexpectedly at home Thursday, April 6, 2000.
Funeral services were Monday at Bartley’s Funeral Home in Lone Oak, Texas.
Mr. Lishman was born July 10, 1963, in Milwaukee, a son of Donald and Isabelle (Charneski) Lishman. He grew up in the Custer area and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School.
After graduation, he moved to Texas. He was self-employed as a master plumber.
Survivors include his former wife, Amy Lishman, Lone Oak, Texas; two sons, Benjamin and Christopher, both of Lone Oak, Texas; his parents, Stevens Point; one brother, Michael, Austin, Texas; two sisters, Patricia Cierzan, Tigerton, and Debra Manning, Canyon Country, Calif.; and his paternal grandmother, Modene Mueller, Canyon Country, Calif.
