Alice A. Faast, 66, 3232 Channel Drive, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 24, 2000, in Madison.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, at the Shuda Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Don Kozlowski officiating. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. Thursday until the services.
A memorial has been established in her name for the American Heart Association in lieu of flowers.
Mrs. Faast was born Dec. 16, 1933, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Michael and Johanna (Wanta) Groholski. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1952.
She was married to Donald Faast on Oct. 28, 1961, in Stevens Point. He survives.
The couple moved to Appleton, where she worked at the Outagamie County Bank. They returned to Stevens Point in 1971 and have been at their present address since 1973.
Mrs. Faast was a member of the Stevens Point Womens Club.
Other survivors include one daughter, Rebecca (Kirk) White, Plover; one grandson; and four sisters, Irene Sliwicki, Wausau, Lorraine (Luke) Wojtalewicz, Stevens Point, Angie (Martin) Fahey, San Lorenzo, Calif., and Theresa (Ken) Brezinski, Stevens Point; two brothers, August (Maxine) Grocholski, Santa Rosa, Calif., and John (Judy) Groholski, Stevens Point.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
