Linda M. Nabbefeld, 47, Rice Lake, mother of a Plover woman, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2000, at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel in Chippewa Falls with the Rev. Arlo Little of Salem Baptist Church in Eau Claire officiating. Interment will be in spring in Bateman Cemetery in the town of Lafayette (Chippewa County).
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday and before the services on Monday at the funeral chapel.
Mrs. Nabbefeld was born June 23, 1952, in Chippewa Falls, a daughter of Edwin Tracy and the late Crystal (Lester) Tracy.
She grew up in Cadott and graduated from Cadott High School in 1970.
She was married to George H. Nabbefeld on Oct. 27, 1973, in Chippewa Falls.
She worked for the last nine years at the Northern Wisconsin Center for Developmentally Disabled in Chippewa Falls.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Stacey (fiancé Michael Sowiak) Jensen, Plover, and Jennifer Nabbefeld, Laurel, Md.; one son, Alan, Cadott; her father, Chippewa Falls; one sister, Ruth (Robert) Willger, Rice Lake; and one brother, Lester (Sandy) Tracy, Augusta.
