Delma Wasemiller, 89, 610 St. Paul St., died Tuesday, March 7, 2000, at home while under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice of Portage County.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mark Friedrich officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park in the town of Texas (Marathon County).
Helke Funeral Home of Wausau is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Wasemiller was born Sept. 21, 1910, in the town of Frankfurt (Marathon County), a daughter of the late Albert and Augusta (Hamann) Rahn.
She was married to Fred Wasemiller in Milwaukee on Oct. 26, 1929. He died March 2, 1984.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Virginia (Wesley) Waite, Stoughton, Mary (Warren) Waite, Stevens Point, and Diane (Frank) Teixeira, Pleasanton, Calif.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Elsbeth Gartman, and five brothers, Carl, Bernard, Albert, Walter and Eugene Rahn.
