Albert Frank Maciejewski, 93, formerly of Marshfield and a Portage County native, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 23, 2000, at Bethel Center in the town of Richfield, where he resided since Jan. 12, 2000.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. James Catholic Church in Vesper with the Rev. Chester Osowski officiating. Burial will be in Brooklawn Memory Garden Cemetery in the town of Richfield (Wood County).
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Saturday at the church until the services.
Mr. Maciejewski was born Feb. 21, 1907, in the town of Belmont, a son of the late Paul and Katherine (Knijdyk) Maciejewski. He attended Portage County schools.
He was married to Grace A. Rychter on Sept. 2, 1935, in Chicago, Ill. She died Sept. 30, 1972.
He was married to Margaret Hamus on July 20, 1974, in Marshfield. She died July 27, 1997.
He farmed most of his life in the town of Richfield, retiring in 1969. He continued to live on the farm until moving to Arpin in 1997.
He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and Arpin Senior Citizens.
Survivors include three sons, Raphael (Jane), Vesper, Paul (Sandra), Fruitland Park, Fla., and Tom, Milwaukee; two sisters, Helen Vickers, Stevens Point, and Florence Schlottman, Oconomowoc; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Henry, and one sister, Clara Stremkowski.
