Thomas Lynn Murphy, 32, Marshfield, a former Stevens Point resident, died at his residence Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2000.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bob Barnes officiating.
Mr. Murphy was born July 15, 1967, in Rochester, Minn., a son of Philip C. and Suzanne A. (Moore) Murphy.
He graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids.
He was employed at Joerns in Stevens Point for five years until March 1999.
Survivors include his parents, Philip, St. Paul, Minn., and Suzanne, Plover; two sisters, Andrea Murphy, St. Paul, Minn., and Caryn Murphy, Denton, Texas; and his paternal grandmother, Audrey Murphy, Las Vegas, Nev.
