Philomen Rogowski, 83, 6954 Fourth St., Stevens Point, died Friday morning, Jan, 28, 2000, at River Pines Center.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher with the Rev. Robert Pedretti officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Monday at the church until the time of services. St. Mary’s Rosary Society will combine with the general rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Rogowski was born Aug. 8, 1916, in the town of Stockton, a daughter of the late Joseph and Valeria (Literski) Piotrowski.
She was married to Edward Rogowski on Nov. 8, 1937, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He died Feb. 13, 1998.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Rosary Society.
Survivors include one daughter, Annette (Casey) Niescior, Amherst; one son, Robert (Lou Ann), Greenfield; three brothers, Ray (Dolores) Piotrowski and Eugene (Betty) Piotrowski, both of Stevens Point, and Edward (Rosemary) Piotrowski, Amherst; one sister, Regina (Edmund) Damask, Polonia; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in one son, six brothers and three sisters.
