Louis Osowski, 78, a Stevens Point native formerly of Nekoosa, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at the Family Heritage Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin Rapids.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa with the Rev. Andrew Karoblis officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Nekoosa.
Mr. Osowski was born June 1, 1921, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Dominic and Martha (Glisczynski) Osowski.
He was married to Ruth Grove in December 1948 in Dubuque, Iowa. The marriage ended in divorce.
He was employed by Nekoosa Papers Inc. in the finishing room for 34 years.
Survivors include two brothers, Edmund, Milwaukee, and Chester, Plover.
