Evelyn D. Bruske, 89, a former Stevens Point resident, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 5, 2000, in Madison.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Dennis Worzalla officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Saturday at the church until the services.
Shuda Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Miss Bruske was born Dec. 2, 1910, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Peter and Johanna (Zinda) Bruske.
She worked as an office clerk in Stevens Point, Dallas, Chicago and Miami before returning to Wisconsin in 1992 and living in Madison. As the result of an automobile accident she remained in Madison under full-time care.
Survivors include four sisters, Mary Bull, Madison, Berniece Worzalla, Palm Bay, Fla., Virginia (Chester) Nigbor, Sun City, Ariz., and Geraldine Shellooe, Sacramento, Calif.; and two brothers, Ernest (Regina) Bruske, Stevens Point, and Peter Carl (Ruth) Bruske, Crystal, Minn.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Agnes Jacoboski, Irene Flowers and Rose Bruske.
