Albert A. Zakrzewski Jr., 66, 3840 Maple Road, Rosholt, died unexpectedly at home Monday, Jan. 24, 2000.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt, with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. Wednesday at Shuda Funeral Chapel and Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the services.
Mr. Zakrzewski was born Aug. 11, 1933, in Milwaukee, son of Albert and Rose (Makowski) Zakrzewski Sr.. They survive in Rosholt.
He moved with his family to Rosholt as a child and graduated from Rosholt High School. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
He was married to Dolores Wanta on Aug. 31, 1953, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt. She died June 12, 1997.
He worked at Montgomery Wards and Lullabye until purchasing his farm in the Rosholt area in the town of Alban.
Other survivors include two daughters, Sandra (David) Tuskowski, Franklin, and Mary Beth (Bill) Skibba, Rosholt; three sons, Ronald (Ann), Rosholt, Anthony, Borden, Ind., and Michael (Karla), Rosholt; one sister, Enid (Mike) Cieslewicz, Rosholt; and nine grandchildren.
