Rose A. Jerzak, 86, 2540 Washington Ave., Plover, died Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 29, 1999.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church with the Rev. Patrick Umberger officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Friday at the church until the services. A general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Jerzak was born May 15, 1913, in Mill Creek, a daughter of the late John and Martha (Flatoff) Hintz.
She was married to Walter Jerzak on June 16, 1931, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. He died Aug. 28, 1987.
Survivors include three daughters, Regina Helminiak, town of Knowlton, and Grace Ledebuhr and Leona Jerzak, both of Plover; one son, Raymond Jerzak, Plover; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
