Raymond T. Lukasavitz, 96, former resident of Custer, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1999, at River Pines Center, where he had been a resident since 1993.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the services.
Shuda Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Lukasavitz was born Aug. 6, 1903, in Custer, a son of the late Felix and Mary (Seamon) Lukasavitz.
He farmed in the Custer area.
Survivors include nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
