Frank A. Slowinski, 92, a former Stevens Point resident, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Saturday at the church until the Mass. A rosary vigil will be held at the church at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
Bruskiewitz Forest Lane Chapel, Milwaukee, assisted the family with arrangements.
Mr. Slowinski was born Sept. 20, 1907, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Wladislaus “Bill” and Elizabeth (Kowalski) Slowinski.
He was married to Rose Stoltz, who died in 1976.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Slowinski and Camille Slowinski, both of Milwaukee; one brother, Ray, Stevens Point; and one sister, Ramona (Bob) Aherns, Kenmore, Wash.; and a sister-in-law, Agnes Slowinski, Stevens Point.
He was preceded in death by five brother, Roman, Edward, Florian, Stanley and Walter; and three sisters, Agnes Kulas, Klara Kulas and Elizabeth Slowinski.
