Frances J. Garr, 1800 Sherman Ave., Whiting, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Stephen Catholic Church with the Rev. Dan Kozlowski officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home. The general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Garr was born May 5, 1916, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Frank and Magdalene (Aron) Ramcheck.
She was married to Frank Garr in Chicago in 1947.
After their marriage, they settled in Chicago. He died in 1974.
She was employed at Drake Manufacturing in Chicago.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce Andrews, Kenosha; six sisters, Mary Galloway and Helen Lukaszevig, both of Stevens Point, Gertrude (Lawrence) Lukaszewicz, Lake Zurich, Ill., Verna McFadden, Chicago, Delores (Michael) Franklin, Darien, and Alice Groh, Forsyth, Mo.; three brothers, Chester (Dorothy) Ramcheck, Kenosha, and Florian and Raymond Ramcheck, both of Stevens Point; and two grandsons.
